Venue Manager
- Clwb Y Bont wishes to appoint a Venue Manager to fulfil and develop our Front of House operations. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to ensure the effective and profitable delivery of an appropriate Bar & Venue service that supports and compliments the Clwb’s objectives and in line with customer development objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in one of South Wales’ well-known grassroots music venue that fully supports Welshness in all its forms located within Pontypridd.
- Ability to speak Welsh would be advantageous as Clwb y Bont has developed a great reputation as a venue for diverse cultural and community events, as well as a friendly and relaxed place to socialise in Pontypridd.

Bar Staff
- We are looking to recruit friendly and reliable individuals to join our dedicated Bar Staff team.
- If you are proficient in pulling pints and have some knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and flexible in your approach then we’d love to hear from you. We are willing to train you further.
